2.	The National Health Care Purchasing Coalition’s Responsibilities:
	Create a Trust including Trustees who can speak on behalf of the Local Funds Select vendors Central administrator (receives eligibility lists and contributions) Network provider, claims administrator, medical & disease management, stop-loss insurance Consultant/Actuary Attorney Auditor Bank and investment consultant Develop benefit plans Develop rates for each individual Local Develop standard participant communications for Local Funds’ use
