On May 19th, Local 1 Maryland/Virginia/DC held their bi-annual Apprentice Contest at the Local’s Training Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Finalists from the Norfolk, Baltimore and DC chapters competed in this event.
Matt Beck of the DC Chapter took first place and Josh Guptil came in second. Both were awarded cash prizes and tools, and moved on to the South Regional Competition.
