More than 100 apprentices with the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers (BAC) will vie for top honors at the International Apprentice Contest, which also marks the official dedication of the new, $30 million John J. Flynn BAC/IMI International Training Center. The 25-acre campus – with an approved site plan of more than 240,000 square feet of training, classroom and office space – is located between Washington, D.C. and Baltimore.
