Stupar Named to ENR’s Top-25 List

ENR editors chose retired BAC Executive Vice President Frank Stupar as one of the top 25 people who served the “best interests of the construction industry in 2000” for his efforts to protect BAC members and other construction workers from exposure to harmful levels of silica dust.
