Local 18 Missouri Presents Gold Card
Local 18 MO Business Manager Jim Hunnius, left, presents Local 18 member Eli Weisman with a Gold Card for 50 years of service. The presentation took place at the Local’s Retiree Party held in October. Local 18 member Ronald Hertel received 40-year honors but was unable to attend.
Executive Council Salutes Matteo Summa on 75 Years of Service
Local 5 OH member Matteo Summa received his 75-year plaque at the winter BAC Executive Council Meeting. From left, are son Geno Summa, a Local 5 member and Field Representative for the N.O.A.D.C., Summa, and BAC President John J. Flynn. Brother Summa, who will be 100 years old this May, lives by himself and agreed to make the three-hour drive to the Council meeting with his family rather than drive his “brand new car.”
