Look
for Your IPF Annual Statement
It’s that time of year when you receive your annual
participant statement from the International Pension Fund
(IPF). The 2003 statements are easy to read and list the
hours reported on your behalf and updated past and future
service credits.
During plan year 2003, the IPF processed
some 906,900 report transactions from 11,557 contributing
employers. Based on
information in those reports, more than 85,000 Plan participants
received roughly 75.8 million hours of credit.
When you
review your statement, please be aware of the following:
- Hours worked within non-participating Local Unions
do not appear on the annual participant statement.
- Only
the last four digits of your Social Security number has
been used in order to protect your identity.
- Statements
for participants that do not have a current address on
file with the Fund have been mailed to participants’ Local
Unions.
If you recently moved and did not receive a statement
in the mail, please contact your Local Union.
This
is also a good time to make sure that all of the information
shown on the statement is correct. If it
is not, please
notify the Fund in writing of corrections. To change
your beneficiary,
or if you have questions about the hours and amount
of credit shown on your statement, please send a brief
letter
with
a copy of your statement to:
