Northern Ohio Building Strong Communities

Work in Northern Ohio continues to cover the full spectrum from public schools to private hospitals, public restaurants to private homes. Although public sector and commercial work continue to be important and growing markets for the unionized masonry industry, “significant in-roads are being made into the important residential market,” according to Northern Ohio Administrative District Council Director Bob Fozio. “Our new residential agreement has created a lot of interest among contractors and craftworkers, and is creating new work opportunities for our members.”

Last year was a good year for the Administrative District Council
and with the continued support of the members, 2004 will be another good year.
