There’s No Stopping Local 1 Florida

Members Contribute Top Quality Effort to Luxury High Rise

Brickell Bay Village, right, located next to Bristol Tower on the Miami waterfront.

The Brickell Bay Village project, a Miami waterfront luxury high rise otherwise known as the Skyline on Brickell, has kept members of Local 1 FL working since April 2002 and will keep them working until its completion at the end of this year. The $67 million project put roughly 100 Local 1 members to work and has generated over half a million work-hours. Local 1 FL bricklayers, plasterers, tilesetters and marble masons have participated on this project working for MK Keystone, Rey’s Marble & Granite, and Marseil Construction Inc.
