There’s No Stopping Local 1 Florida
And that’s
not all for Local 1 Florida. Two more large-scale projects
are in the works that will be partially financed
by the Local 1 FL Pension Fund. In Tallahassee, a deal
has been put together by Local 1 to produce more work for
BAC.
The Kleman Plaza, a $41 million, 67,000 square foot office
and commercial building, will break ground later this year.
The
next project, the 1800 Club in Miami, has already won the
Society of American Registered Architects Design Award.
The 45,500 square foot office and commercial building
will cost
over $80 million to construct.
