Did You Help Build the Washington National Cathedral?

Washington National Cathedral is gathering stories and materials for its Centennial celebration in 2007, and would like to hear from BAC members who participated in the building of the Cathedral.

The Centennial project would welcome receiving first-hand accounts/recollections of significant moments in the Cathedral’s construction, including, for instance, the completion of the Central Tower or the dedication of the Nave.

They are also interested in obtaining information about tangible mementos from the Cathedral’s building years, including old photographs and unique items relating to the Cathedral’s construction. Although they are not physically collecting actual items at this time, they would like to know if you have something special that you would be willing to loan to them.
