What better way to end a year and begin a new one than by focusing on our members’ many achievements? This last issue of the Journal for 2002 gives special recognition to the winners of this year’s Craft Awards. Each Award reminds us that we have much to be proud of and thankful for. Against a backdrop of terrorism threats, possible war, a recession, and corporate scandals, our members continued to do what they do best. Each Award represents the finest in our members, our work, and our Union. They showcase the skill, integrity, and spirit of our members, and serve as an excellent reminder of why our crafts and Union have endured for centuries.
