ICP has been training trowel trades instructors since 1985. “Trowel trades” refers to all the masonry trades including, bricklaying, tilesetting, stone and marble masonry, mosaic and terrazzo work, cement finishing, plastering, masonry restoration and refractory work. To join this “train the trainers” program, instructors must commit to a minimum of 200 hours of instruction over approximately five years.
