Masonry Camp
Designers
and builders need each other – but they
don’t always understand each other, and the construction
process can suffer. There is a better way. At IMI’s
annual Masonry Camp, we bring tomorrow’s designers
(graduate students and interns) together with apprentice
masons to experience each other’s profession. They
also get hands-on exposure to all the masonry crafts,
and the potential of these beautiful materials in the
hands of skilled professionals. Past campers say it’s
a life-changing experience.
