With a comprehensive training network and the flagship John J. Flynn BAC/IMI International
Training Center, IMI Apprenticeship & Training programs
are busy training today’s masonry craftworkers.
But we are also preparing for tomorrow’s workforce,
with several initiatives in recruitment and workforce
development, including:
- National BAC Apprenticeship Standards
- National curriculum
for all BAC-represented crafts – brick
and block, tile, terrazzo, stone, marble, mosaic,
plaster, cement and pointing/cleaning/caulking,
restoration

- Lifelong Continuing Education – from
cross training to college credits
- Enhanced Instructor
