Pension Benefits

The International Pension Fund (IPF) was established in 1972 to help BAC members plan for a secure retirement. Since that time, the Fund has paid over two billion dollars to members and beneficiaries.

Health Benefits

BAC International Health Fund was established in 1988 by the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers and various Contractor Associations. It is financed by employer contributions established in collective bargaining agreements between the Union and employers participating in the IHF.

IHF offers participating BAC Locals access to quality medical, hospital, and other health benefits that are offered to members at competitive rates.

Member Assistance Program (MAP)

MAP provides members and their families with a place to turn for help in coping with personal problems that interfere with job performance or home life. Services are confidential and at no cost.

BAC Disaster Relief Fund

The BAC Disaster Relief Fund has been a welcome source of sustenance for members affected by natural or other disasters. The program is funded through the personal contributions of the IU Executive Board, Local Union/ADC officers, members and through IU and Local Union grants. 

Collective Bargaining

Collective bargaining paves the road for better wages and benefits, improved working conditions, and retirement security. Most of the Union’s collective bargaining agreements are negotiated between Locals and employers directly.

Tools Sales

BAC Tool Sales help members save. BAC purchases union-made products and apparel manufactured in the U.S. or Canada in bulk, then passes the savings along to members. You can order online or by phone.
